They boarded my 2 fur babies. They took great care of them. My boys love them!!!!

I like Dr. Ruth, but the clinic is managed very poorly. The staff are so nonchalant. You can’t get an appointment. Usually spend about 2hrs there trying to get simple heart worm tests. Today was no exception. I got there when the doors opened, and shared my situation that I really needed to be done in a hour, to get to work. They said that should be no problem. After 35min of waiting and not being called…I left. I got up early, only to be let down. Dr. Ruth is the only good thing about this place - but she is gone half the time or comes in late. My frustration is high with how this place conducts business

Came in with my cat for a TOOTH and they killed him and refused to show camera footage and tried keeping him after knowing they messed up.

Do NOT trust the front desk for any heart worm related information. They are very misinformed on the protocol. If you need heart worm information, just immediately ask to speak to Debbie. Everyone in this vet is great, except the front desk.
